Q. What is Created Awesome?

A. Created Awesome is a website I created in order to sell my Pullip and Dal headbands.

Q. Why are you creating headbands for dolls?

A. Because beading is a calming pasttime for me.  I enjoy creating things, and sharing them with the world is a great joy!

Q. Why do you charge so much for your stuff?

A. Because I need to recoup my costs, at the very least. Believe it or not, while this is a nice hobby, it can get very expensive very quickly!

Q. How many headbands can I order?

A. To preserve my sanity, I ask that you limit yourself to THREE headbands per order.

Q: What information should I give you when I'm ordering?

A. I would request the following:

Name:
Email address:
Postal address with country:
How you will be paying: (see below for options)
Which headbands you want (by name) and what size (Dal or Pullip) for EACH headband you want: (up to three)
Shipping: (Regular or Express)

And to reassure everyone, your information will NOT be shared with anyone else.

Q. How long will it take to for my order to be made?

A. At most, two weeks. I work a full time job during the week, so I don't have a lot of spare time then, but my weekends are generally free.  If something comes up while I'm making your order, I will generally let you know.

Q. How long do I have to pay you?

A. I give you a period of two weeks from the time I send your invoice to you, to when payment is expected. If payment is not made by the end of those two weeks, the item will be taken off hold for you, and made available to someone else.  If there are extenuating circumstances, (i.e. death in the family, etc) I will of course make exceptions. However, PLEASE have a general idea of what your total will be before you order.  I cannot abide someone wasting my time and energy (and beads!) if they didn't have the money to pay in the first place.

Q. What's shipping for XX country?

A. You will get your shipping total in your invoice when I have completed your order.

Q. What form of payments do you accept?

A. I accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Revolution MoneyExchange, Amazon Gift Codes, and money orders.

Q. I didn't hear from you at all, what's going on?!

A. I do try to get back to people with orders as soon as possible. However, sometimes real life does interfere. If I get delayed for *any* reason, I will contact my buyers with a short note, and tell them I will get back to them as soon as possible.

Q. Will you trade your headbands for dolls or doll clothes?

A. The amount of headbands I'd have to make just to have a fair trade for a doll or doll clothes would be insane, so no.

Q. I hate your current stock! Create something different!

A. I'm sorry my current collection doesn't appeal to you, but I'll have a rotating group of new stock in the near future. Keep watching!
